Every PHONEKEY Bluetooth lock need to pair with a RFID guarantee card, it will provide a unique ID to a lock. If you forget the Master Code, you can find an NFC enable mobile phone(Android OS) and select the forget password procedure.
1.Click the gray object
The Phonekey app will search for surrounding connectable locks and display in the gray object. THU means the Bluetooth cabinet lock, every object has three letters to identify.
2. Automatic detection
If the lock does not activate, it will pop up a window to ask you to re-activate.
3. Pairing configuration guarantee card
The lock can only be paired with one guarantee card, after pairing, the card can only use for the Master Code reset.
The pairing process is 3-way, if you have NFC-enable mobile phone, you can read the guarantee card directly to activate the lock. Scan the QR code or manually input the activation code are also provided.
3.1 QR code scanning
Align the camera to QR code to trigger automatic scan.
4. Setup master code
The Master Code allows users to establish keys and configure settings.
PLEASE DO NOT USE EASY TO GUESS PASSWORD SUCH AS 0000-0000-0000-0000.
Auto-password can generate high-security random password.
BE SURE TO PRINT THE MASTER CODE OR WRITE DOWN ON PAPER, PLEASE STORE THE MASTER CODE SAFELY IN YOUR POCKET OR CLOUD DOCUMENT, SUCH AS iCloud or Google Drive
5. Remember master code
You can choose whether to memorize the master code in current mobile phone or not, then your mobile phone will not need to input master code to enter setting page. You can change this setting in the lock setting page.
If the original mobile phone is stolen or lost, the lock setting may be changed, we recommend you to setup screen lock
6. Setting key holder name
By default, the key holder’s name is your mobile phone’s IMEI code. This name will be stored in your lock, it is recommended to revise the name for easy memorization. This will help you to know who was operating the lock when viewing history records.
If user has log in account, it will fill the account ID automatically
7. Setting the lock name
The default lock name is the manufacturer category code, we recommend that you should revise the name for easy recognition.
